hereinafter designated as the GRANTOR, and the City oP Arroyo Grande,
a municipal corporation, hereinafter designated as the GRANTEE,
GVITNESSETH:
That the GRAN'l~R in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) One
Dollar does hereby grant to the GRAP?TEE, a right of way over the
hereinafter described real property for the following purposes,
to-wit:
The installation, operation, maintenance and repair of water
lines.
The property over which said right of way is herewith granted
is described as follows, to-wit:
4 strip of land 8 feet wide along the NEly line of Lot 34 of
E. W. Steele's Resubs of part of the Rancho Corral De Piedra
