IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP AG 07-0252,

The offers of dedication per Parcel Map AG 07-0252 were accepted per attached City
Council Resolution No. 4150 on December 18, 2008.

RESOLUTION NO. 4150 `
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP AG 07-0252,
LOCATED AT 270 TRAFFIC WAY, CONSTRUCTED BY
SHARON F. BILLON, M.D. TRUST
VYHEREAS, the City Council approved Finat Parcel Map AG 07-0252 located at 210
Traffic Way on December 18, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedicaiion of easemeMs and to
construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered the easements and constructed the
improvements required by the conditions of approval for Parcel Map AG 07-0252; and
WIiEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10°/a waRanty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be re�eased at the conclusion of the one-year warranty period,
provided the improvements are stiil in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City aF Arroyo
Grande dces hereby accept the following for Parcel Map AG 07-0252:
1. Offer to Qedicate a Public Water Main easement by John E. and Mary M.
Edgerton
2. Street tree planting and maintenance easement on Parcel Map 07-0252.
3. Pubiic Utility easement on Parcel map 07-0252.
4. Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk installation.
5. Water Services and Devices installation. �
On motion of Council Member Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Coundl Member
Amold, and by the following roil cali vote, to wit:
