THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made this a� day of ��b� 2008;
by John E. Edgerton and Mary M. Edgerton, husband and wife, as joint tenants of the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, hereinafter termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an irrevocable and perpetual offer to dedicate an
easement for the purposes of a public water main, and,
NOW THEREFORE, For a valuable considerarion, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby aclaiowledged, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the real properiy described in Exhibit A, Page 1 and shown
.
schematically in Exhibit A, Page 2.
2. That said Offeror does hereby offer to the City of Arroyo Grande an easement for public
water main, along with any appurtances and incidental uses, over, under, upon and across the
following property described in Exhibit B, Page I and shown schematically in Exhibit B,
Page 2.
3. That within said easement, the City shall have the right to install, operate and maintain,
repair and replace, and enlarge or decrease the size of public water main, along with any
appurtenances and incidental uses.
4. That said Offeror agrees that the easement for public water main is and shall be binding on
their heirs,legatees, successors and assi�ees.

July 16, 2002 as Document Number 2002-057061, on file in the office of the County Recorder
of San Luis Obispo County, State of California more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said parcel described in said deed, said corner
being on the westerly right of way of Traffic Way; thence southeasterly along said right of way
along the arc of a curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 1750.00 feet through a
central angle of 0°25'07", an arc distance of 12.79 feet; thence departing from said right of
way, radially to said curve, S40°22'13"W, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence northwesterly, 5.00
feet distant and parallel with said right of way, along the arc of a curve concave southwesterly
having a radius of 1745.00 feet through a central angle of 00°28'07", an arc distance of 14.27
