TRAFFIC MITIGATION
I/We, the undersigned, are the owner(s) of certain real property
located in the incorporated area of the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as:
Lot 12 of Tract No. 538, according to map recorded
September 24, 1976 in Book 9 Page 6 of Maps in said county.
I/We, hereby agree, on behalf of ourselves and any successor in
interest in the. above-described property who have or acquire any
rights, title or interest in said property to pay to the City of
Arroyo Grande the sum of $2,688.00 (Two Thousand Six Rundred Eighty
Eight dollars) for traffic mitigation for the property described
above. Payment shall be made to the City prior to issuance of
building permit(s) on the property or within five (5) years of
recordation of the final map, whichever occurs first.
