TRAFFIC MITIGATION AGREEMENT /
I/We, the undersigned, are the owner(s) of certain real property
located in the incorporated area of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as:
PARCELS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 OF PARCEL MAP NO. AG 91-220, IIV THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP
FILED AUGUST 3, 1994 IN BOOK 51 AT PAGE 4 OF PARCEL MAPS.
Z/We, hereby agree, on behalf of ourselves and any successor in
interest in the above-described property who have or who acquire
any rights, title or interest in said property to pay to the City
of Arroyo Grande the sum of $2,656.00 (Two thousand, six hundred,
fifty six dollars) per residential lot for traffic mitiqation for
the property described above. Payment shall be made to the City
prior to issuance of building permits on each individual lot or
within five (5) years of recordation of the final map, whichever
comes first. In the event that the owner(s) or successor(s) in
interest fails to pay the afore-mentioned sum within five (5) years
of recordaLion of the finai map, the sum shall become a lien
against each lot.
