IRREVOCABLE & PERPETUAL OFFER TO DEDICATE
THIS OFFER TO DEDICATE, made the g`�` day of JUI.�/ ,19 �l� ,
by THE HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF MARIE L. SLOANE, DECEASED, THEIR
INTEREST BEING SUBJECT TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF
SAID DECEDENT of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
hereinafrer termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate, irrevocably, to the
public, an easement, for public road purposes, which offer may be accepted at any
time by any governmental entity which has the power to establish, construct and
maintain roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest described below:
That portion of Lot 1 in Block 5 of Fair Oaks Tract in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
according to the map recorded in Book 3 of Maps at Page 82 on file
in the office of the county recorder's office of said counry and state.
2. That said Offeror does hereby inevocably and in perperuity offer to such
governmental entity a dedication of a public right-of-way for road purposes and
incidental uses upon the following described property:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 1, said point being
on the right-of-way intersection of Ash Avenue and Alder Street as
shown on Book 31 of Records of Surveys at Page 36; thence northerly
along the easterly line of said Lot 1, North 14.15 feet; thence leaving
said ,8sterly line, South 45' Ol'47" West, 20.00 feet to a point on the
southerly line of said Lot 1; thence easterly along said southerly line,
South 89' S6'25" East, 14.15 feet to the Point of Beginning.
3. That unril such time as the above offer of dedicarion is accepted by such a
governmental entity, all owners of property wnriguous to the above described
road parcel shall have the right to the use of said mad parcel as a private road.

4. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication shall be irrevocable and
that such a government entity may, at any time in the future, accept said offer of
dedicarion of the pubiic right-of-way.
5. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual Offer to Dedicate is
and shall be binding on his heirs, legatees and assignees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Offer to Dedicate is hereby executed by the said
Offeror on the day and year first above written.
THE HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF MARIE L. SLOANE, DECEASED, THEIR INTEREST
BEING SUBJECT TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ESTATE OF SAID
DECEDENT.
