That portion of Lot 85 of the Rancho Corral De Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal
according to the rnap recorded in November of 1873, in Book A, at Page 65 of Maps and
Lot 16 of the Buena Vista Tract recorded October 2, 1885 in Book A, at Page 58 of
Maps, both in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia,
filled in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows;
Beginning at on the north line of the school house lot in the Town of Arroyo Grande, said
point being a corner of a lot formerly belonging to J.P. Jessee and the S.W. corner of Lot
8 of said Buena Vista Tract;
Thence, along said north line, S. 57 1/4° W., 80.00 feet to the most southeriy corner of
the property described in the deed to Harley and Mary Boos in Official Records as
instrument number 25603 on ]une 9, 1983;
Thence, leaving last said line and along the southwesterly line of said Boos properry,
N. 32° 39' W., 133.77 feet to the most westerly corner thereof;
Thence, S. 58 W., 88 feet more or less, to the easterly line of a Lot formerly belonging
to George Robbins from which the intersection of last said line and the westerly extension
