Page 46, in the o�ce of the County Recorder, located in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the easterly boundary of said Parcel 2, from which its northeast
corner bears N 14°43'S8" E, 77.69 feet;
Thence leaving said boundary the following courses and distances;
N 75°16'02" W, 26.27 feet;
S 82°46'00" W, 64.96 feet;
S 81°10'29" W, 51.05' feet to the westerly boundary of said Parcel 1;
Thence the following courses and distances along the boundary of said Parcels 1 and 2:
