the �ity of Arroyo Grande, a munici•;al corporaiion, an easement over, along
and across the hereinafter described strip of land £or the purpose of building�
maintaining, constructing� replacing� removing and repairing thereon, a concrete
drainage structure together with a right of ingress and egress over� along and
upon said premises for any o£ such purposes, said strip of land is described
as follows, to-xit:
A strip o£ land TO feet in width� located in the �ity of Arroyo
Grande, County o£ San Luis �bisp�� State of �alifornia� and more particularly
described as folloxs, to-wit:
A strip of land 10 feet in width Westerley o£ and parallel to
the center line of a!�0 foot road easement situat?d betxeen
Lots 11 and 5, of the Hilliker and Woodbury Tract, and extending
from Tally-Ho Road to the Pacific Coast Railroad 3'ight-of-way�
road easement herein referred to being that easement xhich is
indicat�d on the Official map of the Hilliker and Woodbury
Tract nox on file in the office o£ the �ounty Recorder of the
County o£ �an Luis Obispo, State of California.
