GHANT DEED

unto the City of �'rroyo Grande, a municig�l corporation, am easement over�
along and across the hereinaft,er described strip of land for the purpose
of buil3ing, maintaining, construeting, replacing, removing and repairing
thereon, a concrete drainage structure together with a right of ingress add
egress over, along and upon said premises £or any o£ such purposes� said
strip of land is described as follows, to-wit:
A strip of land 10 feet in width, located in the City of Arroyo
�rande, �ounty of �an Luis �b3sp�, State o£ �alifornia, aud more particularlq
described as follows, to-wit:
� strip of �and 10 feet i.n width �ya�terley of and parallel to
the center line o£ a 1�0 foot road easement situated between
Lots 4 and 5, of the xilliker and '�'oodbury Tract, and extending
£rom Tally-Ho Hoad to the Ya^:;f'ic Coast Railroad right-of-xay�
said road easement herein referred to being that easement which
is indicated on the �£ficial map of the Hilliker and Woodbury
Tract now on file in the office of the �ounty Recorder of the
County of �an Luis Obispo� �tate o£ �alifornia.
