COUSE, hereinafter designated as FIRST PARTIES, and GEORGE G. SHANbTON and BARBARA E. SHANNON, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTIES, and the CITY of ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as CITY. W,y7'P N~ S S T T Hs i7HEREAS, the City desires to install additions to its pre- sent water system so as to provide service for additional pro- parties beyond those now being services by its present system; and ~.. WHEREAS, in order to do so, it will be necessary for the City to obtain a right-of-way across the property belonging to the First Parties which said property is now in the process of being sold to th• Second Aartiss under an Agreement oP Sale; and AH6REAS, the First and Second Parties are both wiliiag that the City ahonld have such right-of~ray. NOtl, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED as follower 1. That in consideration of the sum oP One Hundred (1100.00) Dollars paid to the Second Parties by the City, the said First and Second Parties do herewith grant, bargain and convey unto .- the said City a right-of -way and easement across the hereinafter described real property for the purpose of enabling the City to lay, construct, maintain, operate, repair, replace and reconstruct a water Sine, :: right-of-way and easement.
