TH1S GRANT OF EASEMENT, made this 11 t1, day of April 2000; by Cathline Benson of
the City of Arcoyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia, hereinafter termed
Grantor:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit A and shown
schemafically in Exhibit A-1; and,
WHEREAS, Village Glen Homes LLC of the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of Califomia, hereinafter termed Grantee, is the owner of the real property
described in E�ibit B and shown schematically in Exhibit B-1; and,
WHEREAS, said Grantor desires to grant an easement to Grantee for the purposes of private
access and private drainage across the real property described in Exhibit C a�d shown
schematically in Exhibit C-1, for the benefit of Grantee's property described in Exhibits B and
B-1, and,
NOW, TtiEREFORE, For a valuable consideration, the receipt and suff'iciency of which is
hereby acknowledged, said Grantor covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Grantor is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit A and shown
schematically in Exhibit A-1.
2. That Grantor's property includes the portion described in F�chibit C, and shown
schematically in Exhibit C-1.

3. That said Grantor does hereby grant an easement for private access and private drainage
along with any appurtenances and incidental uses, over, under, upon and across the
property described in Exhibit C and shown schematically in Exhibit C-1, for the benefd of
the property described in Exhibit B and shown schematically B-1.
4. That Grantor agrees that the easement for private access and private drainage is and shall
be binding on their heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
