THIS INDENTURE, made the 25th day of June, 1999, by THE VONS
COMPANIES, INC., A MICHIGAN CORPORATION, hereinafter collectively referred
to as "Grantor", and the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a political subdivision of the
State of California; hereinafter referred to as "City".
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor, for valuable consideration, receipf of which is hereby
acknowledged, dces hereby grant, convey and dedicate unto City, its successors and
assigns the right of way and incidents thereto for a public roadway upon, over, under
and across, that certain real property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, State of
California, described in Exhibit "A" and shown graphically for reference on Exhibit
"B" attached hereto and incorporaied herein by this reference.

Street Right-of-way Easement
A portion of Block 84 of the Town of Grover, in the City of Arroyo Grande, in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map of said town
drawn by A. Lundquist and filed for record November 23, 1892 in book A, Page 6
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as
foflows:
Beginning at a point on the Southeriy line of said Block 84, said point being
North 86° 45' 00° West 90.09 feet from the Southeasterly comer of said Block
84; thence
North 64° 15' 00" West, 31.36 feet; thence
2. North 86° 45' 00" West, 101.12 feet; thence
3. South 70° 45' 00" West, 31.36 feet to a point on said Southerly line of
Block 84;thence
4. South 86° 45' 00" East, along said southerly line, 159.06 feet to the point
of beginning.
Contains 1561 square feet.
The above described easement is graphically shown on Exhibit B attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
