That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to such govemmental entity a dedication of street right-of-way, public water, sewer, drainage, public utilities and incidental uses described in Exhibit 'B-1' and shown graphically in Exhibit'B-2'. 3. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication shall be iRevocable and that such a governmental entity may, at any time in the future, accept said offer of dedication. 4.
