A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY AND RELATED
IMPROVEMENTS OFF-SITE OF TRACT 2207
The off-site offers of dedication for Tract 2207 per Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to
Dedicate per pocument No. 2000-039507 and Irrevocable and Perpetual Offerto Dedicate
per pocument No. 2000-039508 were accepted per attached City Council Resolution No.
3813 on February 22, 2005.
RESOLUTION NO. 3813
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING
CERTAIN EASEMENTS, R1GFi7S OF WAY AND
RELATED IMPROVEMENTS OFF-SITE OF TF2ACT
2207
WHEREAS, the City Council approved �inal Tract Map 2207 on June 13, 2000;
WHEREAS, the developer has eonstructed the improvements required by the
Tract 2207 conditions of approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 1096 warraniy security as required
by the Tract 2207 conditions of approval, to be released at the conGusion of the
warrarrty period, provided the improvements are still in satisfadary condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the C'dy of
AROyo Grande daes hereby accept the foiiowing offers of dedications and public
easements and associated public improvemenb constructed off-site for Tract
2207, and authorize the Mayor to execute a certifc�te of axeptance:
1. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate — Document No. 2000-Q395Q7,
2. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate — Document No. 2000-039508,
On motbn of Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Counal Member Dickens,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Guthrie, Dickens, Amold, Costeilo, and Mayor
Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22 day of February
2005. '
