SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Pro Tern Costello called th
Arnold, Council Member Fellows,
and City Attorney Timothy Carmel
were absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.

were present. Mayor Ferrara and Council Member Guthrie
Council Member Guthrie arrived at 6:20 p.m.

3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.8:
Properties: APN: 007-493-019; Located at 300 E. Branch Street
APN: 007-492-004; Located at 200 and 208 E. Branch Street
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Negotiating Parties: NKT Commercial
Under Negotiation: Price, Terms and Conditions of Potential Purchase
b. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government

Courtland Street

4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
