ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP AG 08-
0078 AND ACCEPTING EASEMENTS, LCOATED AT 127
NELSON STREET AND 138 SHORT STREET OWNED BY THE
PRUETT FAMILY TRUST
RESOLUTION NO. 4199
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO (iRANDE APPROVING FINAL PARCEL
MAP AG 08-0078 AND ACCEPTING EASEMENTS,
LOCATED AT 127 NELSON STREET AND• 138 SHORT
STREET OWNED BY THE PRUETT FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved TerKative Paroel Map AG 08-004 a�d
PUD 08-002 tocated at 127 Nelson Street and 138 ShoR Street on September 2, 2008;
and
WHEREA3, the subdivider has submitted the Final Parcel Map, which substaMially
conforms with the Tentative Parcel Map; and
VYHEREAS, the project was conditioned to ofFer a dedication of easemerrts and to
construct oertain public improvements; and
VYHEREAS, the subdivider has offered the easements required by the conditions of
approval for Parcel Map AG 08-0078.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Ciy of Arroyo
Grende does hereby approve Final Par�l Map AG OB-0078 and accepts the folbwing
easement�s:
1. Street tree plaMing and maintenanoe easement on Parcel Map OS-0078.
2. Public Utility easement on Paroel Map 0&0078.
On motion of Counal Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Guthrie, Costello, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Amold
