RESOLUTION NO. 3900
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARRAYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT 2328
The offers of dedication per Tract 2328 were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 3900 on January 10, 2006.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMEN7S WITHIN TRACT 2328
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2328 located at the southeast
comer of EI Camino Real and Hillcrest Drive on July 8, 2003;
WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the following offers of dedication with approval of
the final map:
1. Right of Way for Hillcrest Drive,
2. Public Water,
3. Public Sewer,
4. Emergency Access.
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2328; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the.
conditions of approval, to be released at the conciusion of the one-year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo ._
Grande does hereby accept the public improvements constructed for Tract 2328.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Arnold, and by
the fbllowing roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Arnold, Dickens, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10�' day of January,
2006.
