COVENANT RUNNING WITH LAND
This agreement entered into between Francis C. Fink
and Mary Lou Fink , husband and wife, of
930 Grand Avenue, Arroyo Grande, Ca. 93420
hereinafter called owners, with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal cor-
poration, hereinafter called City, is entered into in consideration of the
following facts:

In consideration of the foregoing, Francis C. Fink and
Mary Lou Fink _ hereby agree to pay to the City of Arroyo
Grande at the City Hall, Arroyo Grande, California, the principal sum of
$963.86 together with seven per cent interest on the unpaid
balance of said sum. Said principal sum will be paid in 10 equal
payments in the amount of $137.24
with the first payment due July 1, 1977 and each payment thereafter
due on July 1 of each year until said sum is paid in
full. The owners may, at any time until said sum has been fully paid, pay
all or any portion of said obligation in excess of the sum due at the time
of the July 1 payment. In the event that owners fail to
make any payment as it falls due, the entire unpaid balance of said sum due
to the City of Arroyo Grande shall become immediately due and payable at the
