23� 1931, in Book 5� at page 28 0£ Ddaps; thence
South 3° 13' 30" P/est along the West line of said
Tract No, 10� 501 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 86° 14� West 280.22 feet;
thence South 3° 14' West 50 feet; thence South
86� 46' East to intersect with the line that bears
South 51° 34� 30" West 6'J.2'7 feet from the West line
of Tract No, 10 to the Northeast corner of property
conveyed bq Solomon D. Sinner and Emelia Sinner to
Charles Drake and Ann Drake by deed dated August 22�
1957 and recorded as Document No. 13378 on August
26� 195'7 in polume 905� at page 82� records of San
Lu1s Obispo County; thence North 51° 34' 30" East to
the West liae of Tract No. 10; thence North 3° 13' 30"
East along the VPest line of Tract No. 10� 25 feet
more or less to the point of beginning.
