GRANT OF EASEMENT
Vernan G. Ylizemen and JoAnn Wizeman ,
hereinafter designated as (3RANTOR�, doas hereby grant unto
the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation, herein-
after dasignated sa GRANTEE, an eesement oner the hereinafter
described real property for the purposes of construction, re-
construction, maintenance and operation of a sewer pipe line
and appurtenances thereto for use by the Grantee for handling
sewage disposal in the City of Arroyo Grande. The property
over which said easemant is granted is described as follows,
to-wit:
That certain real property located in the
City of Arroyo Grande, County oP 3an Luis Qb�.spo,
State of California, and more particularly describ-
ed as folloes, to-wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the centar
line of South Alpine Street with the center line of
Newman Drive and running thenca North 1° 09� West,
323 .50 feet along said centar line of said South
Alpine Street to a point; thence North 89° l}7� Esat,
25.00 feet to the Easterly right of way line of said
South Alpine Street and the true point of beginning;
thence from said true point of beginning tha following
couraea and distancea:
North 1° 09� West, 10.00 feet
North 89° 47� East, !}73.08 feet
South 0° 13� East, 128.02 feet
south I}3° 28� East, 21+.09 feet
3outh 8q° !}7� weat, 13.73 feet
North 11.3° 28� West, 18.65 feet
North 0° 1� West, 121.98 feat
South 89° �}7� West, l}62.92 feet and the true
point of beginning.
The above deacribed parcel of property is ten (10)
feet in width.
The Grantor further grants to the Grantee the privilege
of temporary use of two (2) strips of pro�erty each five (5)
feat in width, one (1) on either side of and parallel to the
eatarior boundaries of the hereinabove deacribed property,
which two (2) atrips of property may be used by the Grantee
during the time when Grantee is constructing the sewer pipe
line and appurtenances thereto in the real property herein-

abova described, for the purposes of access to said herain-
abone described property and/or construction tharain of said
aewer pipe line; it being undarstood and agreed that when
construction of said pipe line has been completed the Grantee�s
easement ahall be confined to the area snd the speciPic parcel
of property hereinabove deseribed, and Grantee shall have no
further rights in either of said last mentioned Pive (5) foot
strips of land over whieh this temporary easement is herewith
granted.
