GRANT DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, LEO A. BRISCO and MINTA L. BRISCO, husband and
wife, hereby GRANT to THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal
corporation, the foltowing described real property in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of Catifornia:
That portion of Lot 75 of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo
and Bolsa de Chamisal delineated on a record of survey map
filed for record in Book 5 of Licensed Survey Map at page 42,
records of said Gounty, and being further described as follows:
Beginni�g at a 2 x 2 stake set at the Southeasterly
corner of High Street as shown on said licensed
Surveyorts Map and proceeding thence N 61° O8� E a
distance of 10.00 feet; thenca N 31-44 E a distance
of 88,90 feet to the Southerly line of that property
shown on said Licensed Survey map as belonging to the
t;ity of Arroyo Grande, thence S 61-00 W along said
Southerly line a distance of 80,24 feet to a point;
thence S 61 08� W a distance of 10,00 feet; thence
S 32 45' E a distance of 43.75 feet to the point of
beginning,
