FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, VERNON R: ERNO and LORRAINE Ve ERNO, husband and wi£e do
hereby qrant to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation
a 10 foot wide easement £or drainage and public utility purposes
including the right of access to and egress from for purposes of
construction, maintainance and repair, adjacent to the Southeasterly
line o£ and within that parcel conveyed to VERNON Re ERNO and
LORRAINE Vo ERNO by deed filed in Volume 1009 at page 352 0£ Of£icial
Records, the Southeasterly line of said 10 foot easement described
as follows:
That portion o£ Lot 7 of the Folsom Tract, City of Arroyo Grande,
San Luis Obispo County, State of Cali£ornia, according to map thereof
filed £or Record September 26, 1891 in the o£fice o£ the County
Recorder of ii�i8 County, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner oP Lot 7,
noted as G38; thence North 21 21' East 263000 £eet
on the tiprthwesterly line of said Lot 7 to a
brass topped pin at the most Southerly corner o£
that parcel conveyed to Loren and Velma Ce Newman
by de� recorded in Volume 989 at Page 380-383 of
Official Records and more particularly shown on
Record o£ Survey Maps filed in Book 7 at page 110
and Volume 10 at page 96 0£ Licensecl Surveyors Maps;
thence continuing North 21 25' 45" East 100003 feet
on said lot line; thence South 68 52' 30" East 76
feet more or less, to a point on the Southeasterly
line of the aforementioned Erno Parcel and the true
point of beginning; thence South 21 08' West 363
feet more or less on said parcel line to a point
on the Southwesterly line o£ Lot 7 and the North-
easterly line o£ Grand Avenue.
