FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, VERNON R. iRNO and LORRAINE V. ERNO, husband and wife, do
hereby grant to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation
a 50 £oot wide right o£ way for street purposes, incldding drainage
and public utility uses and the right of access and egress there£rom
£or purposes o� construction, maintainance and repair, within that
parcel by deed filed in Volume 1009 at Page 352 of Of£icial Records,
and described as follows:
That portion of Lot 7 of the Folsom Tract, City of Arroyo Grande,
San Luis Obispo County, State of California, according to map thereof
filed for record September 26, 1891 in the office o£ the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 7,
noted as G 38; thence North 21 21' East 263000
feet on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7 to
a brass topped pin at the most Southerly corner
o£ that parcel conveyed to Loren and Velma Co
