UTILITY EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is here
acknowledged, the undersigned, �/�(// - �4�1/.Fi�'
�<I /' /LL t� /3 •�' , do hereby grant to the City of
Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, organized under the laws
of the State oP Cali£ornia, an easement and right of way £or, and
the right to construct, maintain, repair, replace, remove, and
use sanitary sewers and domestic water, appurtenances and appur-
tenant work in, upon, under and across that certain real property
situate in the City o£ Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement £or water and sewer lines over a strip o£
land 20 feet in width described as follows:
Parcel 1. That portion o£ Lot 8 in Block 1 of Tract
No. 58, San Luis Obispo County, California, as said
Tract is shown on map filed for record at the Of£ice
o£ the San Luis Obispo County Recorder in Book 5 0£
Maps at Page 75; said parcel being more particularly
described as £ollows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 8,
being common to the West corner of Lot 6 in Block 2
of said Tract No. 58, and also beinq a curve on the
Right of Way of the "Cul De Sac, Wood Place"; thence
running from said point of beginning on a tangent to
said curve and along the North line o£ said Lot 8,
North 68° 50' West, 20.00 £eet to a point; thence
South 21° 10' West 5 feet more or less to a point on
a curve, being the right of way of Wood Place; thence
Northeasterly along said curve to the right having
a radius of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2. That portion of Lot 3 of the Folsom Tract
according to the map thereof filed in Book B of maps,
at page 75, records of San Luis Obispo County, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner o£ said Lot 3;
thence South 68° 50' East along the Southerly line
o£ said Lot 275.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning, said point being also the point of beginning
of Parcel 1; thence North 21° 10' East 114.33 feet;
thence North 68 50' West 20.00 feet; thence South
21 10' West 114.33 feet to a point on the Southerly
line of said Lot 3; thence South 68° 50' East 20.00
£eet along the Southerly line of said Lot 3 to the
true point o£ beginning.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass
over and along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools,
implements, and other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo
Grande, its officers, agents, and employees, and by any contractor,
his agent, and employees engaged by said City, whenever and wherever
necessary for the pn�poses above set forth herein.
