RESOLUTION N0. 560
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TWO SEWER EASEMF�VTS FROM THE ARROYO
GRANDE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande as
follows:
That the City of Arroyo Grande does herewith accept the two Sewer
Easements tendered to it by the ARROYO GRANDE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT,
by two documents dated November 27th, 1962, and the Mayor is authorized to
execute any papers necessary to accomplish final acceptance on the part
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Jacobs, seconded by Councilman Lee and on
the following roll call vote, to-wit:
AYES: Councilman Lee, Wood, Jacobs and Mayor Burt
NOES:
ABSENT
None
Councilman McNeil
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 27th day of November, 1962.

SEWER EASEMENT

FOR VALUAffi,E CDNSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, AAROYO GRANDE UNION HIGH SCHCIOL DISTRICT, does hereby graitt
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, organized under the
laws of the State of California, an easement and right o£ way for, and the
right to construct, maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary
sewers, appurtenances, and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that
certain real property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
EASEMEN!' #1 '
An easement for sanitazy sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 19 of
Steele�s resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said easement
being 10.00 feet in width and egtending 5.00 £eet on each side of
the following described eeirter line:
Commencing at a point on the West line of that parcel o£ land convey-
ed to Arroyo Grande Union High School District by deed recorded in
Deed Book 147 at Page 184, said point bearing South 32° 39+ 25" East,
236.61 feet £rom the most Westerly corner o£ said parcel of land;
thence North 73° 22+ East, 34,88 £eet; thence South 75° 39� East,
440.43 feet; thence South 83° 22' East, 86.91 feet to a point on the
West line of Stanley Avenue, said point bears South 8° 49� 57" East,
945.52 £eet £rom the most Northerly corner of said Lot 19.
EASEMENT #2
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 18 of
Steele�s resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said easement
being 10.00 £eet in width and extending 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described center line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Cypress
Avenue and Clarence Avenue; thence following the West line of
Clarence Avenue, South B° 49� 57" East, SD0.00 feet; thence leaving
said line and running South 81° West, 5.27 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 52° 25* East, 6.00 feet to a point on the
West line of Clarence Avenue.
TOGETF7ERR with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and employees, and by any contractor, his agent, and employees engaged by
said City, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
here in.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Walter T. Baxter known to me

to be the persons who executed the within instrument on behalf of the
