FOR VALUAHLE CONSIDERATION, receipt o£ which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, JOAN W. AND MILDAED E, WALHER do hereby grant to the City
of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporatian organized under the larrs of the
State of California, an easement and right oY way for, and the right to con-
struct, maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appur-
tenances and appurtenant wrk in, upon, under and across that certain real
property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easemetrt for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of Lots 17 &
18 of Steele+s resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said
easement being S.UO feet in width and eatending Southerly 5.00 feet
at right angles from the following described line:
Co�encing at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Huasna
Road and Clarence Avenue; thence following the East line of Clarence
Avenue, South 89 49� 57" fiast, 240.D0 feet to the true point of
beginning, said point being the Northwest corner of that parcel of
land conneyed to John W, and Mildred E. Walker by deed recorded in
Book 1011 at Page 62 of 0£ficial Records of San Luis Obispo County;
thence leaving the East line of Clarence Avenue and £olloiring the
North litte of said parcel o£ land, North 81° East, 95.00 feet ta
the Northeast corner of said pareel o£ land.
TOGEfHPsR with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and employees, and by any contractor, his agent, and employees engaged by
said City, rthenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
here in.
