SEWER EASEMENT
FOR VALUAHLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of whieh is hereby acknowledged,

the tutdersigned, FRANK E. AND IDNA GAIN, do hereby grant to the City of
Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, organized under the laws of the State
of California, an easement and right of way for, and the right to construct,
maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appurtenances
and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that certain real property
situate in the Gity of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
Cali.fornia, and more pazticularly described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 52 of
Steele+s resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Plsmo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said easement
being 10.00 feet in width and extending 5,00 feet fron the following
described center line;
Beginning at a point on the West line of that parcel of land con-
veyed to Frank E, and Edna Gain by deed recorded in Book 661 at
Page 87 of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County, said point
bears South 32° 39' 25" East, 231.66 feet from the most Westerly
corner of said pareel of land, said corner also being the most
Westerly corner of said Lot 52; thenca leaving the ldest line of said
parcel of land and running North 74° 33� 22" East, 88.92 feet to a
point on the East line of said parcel of land, said point bears
South 32° 39� 25" East, 228.22 feet £rom the most Northerly corner
of said parcel of land.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right o£ way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and employees, and by any contractor, his agent, 2nd employees engaged by
said City, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
herein.
