SEWER EASEI°fENT
FOR VALUAHI.E CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, Myrtle V. Thompson, does hereby grant to the City of Arroyo
Grande, a municipal corporation, organized under the laws of the State of
California, an easement and right of way for, and the right to construct,
maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appurtenances
and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that certain real property
situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State o£
Cfil.ifornia, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of Lots 53 &
54 of Steele's resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra,
Plsmo and Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said
easement being 10,00 feet in width and extending 5.00 feet on each
side of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point that bears South 84° 30' West, 72.33 feet and
South 32° 39' 25" East, 198.19 feet from the most Northerly corner
of said Lot 54; thence South 81° 17' 32" East, 124,44 feet; thence
North 74° 33+ 22" East, 28.40 feet to a point on the West line of
that parcel of land conveyed to City of Arroyo Grande by deed record-
ed in Book 75 at Page 432 of Official Records of San Luis Obispo
County, said point bears South 32° 39� 25" East, 182.00 feet and
South 52.53 feet from the most Northerly corner of said parcel of land.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and er�iployees, and by any contractor, his agent, and enployees engaged by
said City, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
herein.
