An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of fractional

Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal and over a portion of Lot 54 a�' Steele�s
resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Holsa de
Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grande, California, said easement being
1U.00 feet in width and estending 5.00 feet on each side af the
following described center line:
Beginning at a poiat on the West line of said fractional Lot 79,
said point bearing South 32° 39� 25" East, 173.75 feet from the
most Westerly corner of said Lot 79; thence leaving said line
and running Noxth 84° 42� O6" East, 212.84 feet; thence South 81°
17' 32" East, 16.77 feet to a point on the East line of that
percel of lax�d conveyed to E.C. Loomis and Sons by deed recorded 1n
Book 342 at Page 477 of Of£icial Records of San Luis Obispo County,
said point bears South 32° 39� 25" fiast, 179.22 feet from the most
Northerlp corner of said parcel of land.
