SEWER EASEMENf
FOR VALffAffi,E CONSIDEAATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, Grace M. Thompson, does hereUy grant to the City of Arroyo
Grande, e municipal corporation, organized under the laws of the State of
California, an easement and right of way for, and the right to construct,
maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appurtenances
and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that certain real property
situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, County o£ San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and more particularly described as £ollows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion of Lot 18 of
Steele's resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, City of Arroyo Grantie, California, said easement
being 10.00 feet in width and eatending 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Stanley Avemie, said point
bearing South B° 49� 57" East, 109.35 feet from the most Northerly
corner of that parcel o£ land conveyed to Grace M. Thompson by deed
recorded in Book 727 at Page 196 0£ Official Records of San Luis
Obispo County, said poitrt also bears South 8° 49� 57" East, 959.35
feet from the most Westerly corner o£ said Lot 18; thence leaving
said line and running South 89° 22T East, 64.75 feet; thence North
52° 25' East, 266.42 feet to a point on the North line of said
parcel of land conveyed to Grace M. Thompson, said point bears
South 81° DO' 23" West, 5.27 feet from the intersection of said line
with the West line of Clerence Avenue.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and employees, and by any contractor, his agent, and employees engaged by
said City, whenever and wherever neeessary for the purposes above set forth
