FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned, HARRY Ri AND ERMIN M. �GAN, do hereby grant to the City of
Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, organi2ed under the laws of the
State of California, an easement and right of way for, and the right to con-
struct, maintain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appur-
tenances and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that certain real
property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, County o£ San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion af Lot 19
of Steele+s resubdivision of part of Rchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo
and Bolsa de Chemisal, City of l�rroyo Grande, California, said ease-
ment being 10.0� feet in width and extending 5.00 feet on each side
of the following described center line:
Beginning at a point on the East line of Garden Street, said point
hears South 32° 39' 25" East, 49.39 feet fron the most Westerly
corner of that parcel of land convzyed tc Harry K. 2nd Ernin M. Ogan
hy deed recorded in Hook 985 at Page 514 of Official Records of San
Luis Obispo County, said point also bears South 32° 39� 25" E^st,
236,39 feet from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 19; thence
leaving the East line of Garden Street and running South 86° 53+
East, 24.08 feet; thence North 73° 22� East, 107.49 feet to a point
on the East line of said parcel of land conveyed to Aarry g. and
Ermin M. �gan.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and
along said easement and right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and
other materials thereon, by said City of Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents,
and employees, and by any contractor, his agent, and employees engaged by
said City, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
herein,
