SEWER EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt o£ which is here
acknowledged, the undersigned, PATROCINA PERRY, a widow, does
hereby grant to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corpor-
ation, organized under the laws of the State of California, an
easement and right of way for, and the right to construct, main-
tain, repair, replace, remove, and use sanitary sewers, appur-
tenances and appurtenant work in, upon, under and across that
certain real property situate in the City o£ Arroyo Grande,
County o£ San Luis Obispo, State of California, and more par-
ticularly described as £ollows:
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over a portion
of Lot 54 of Steele's resubdivision of part of Rchos
eorral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, City of
Arroyo Grande, Cali£ornia, said easement being 10.00
feet in width and extending 5.00 £eet on each side of
the £ollowing described center line:
Beginning at a point that bears South 84 30' West,
130.33 £eet and South 32° 39' 25" East, 179.22 £eet
from the most Northerly corner of said Lot 54; thence
South 81 17' 32" East, 68.77 feet to a point on the
East line o£ that parcel o£ land conveyed to Joe S.
and Patrocina Perry by deed recorded in Book 413 at
Page 249 of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County,
said point bears South 32 39' 25" East, 198.19 feet
£rom the most Northerly corner of said parcel of land.
TOGETHER with right to enter upon and to pass and repass
over and along said easement and right o£ way and to deposit
tools, i.mplements, and other materials thereon, by said City of
Arroyo Grande, its officers, agents, and employees, and by any
contractor, his agent, and employees engaged by said City, when-
ever and wherever necessary for the purposes above set forth
herein. �
