10,00 feet in wi.dth atcd extending.5.00 feet on each
aide of the fallowing described center line:
Beginning at a point on the North property line of
that parcel of latid deacribed in Quit Claim Deed recorded
in Baok 793 of Offi0ial Records at Page 390, ssid point
bearing South 84° 30� Weat, 40,22 feet from �he North-
east aarner of that parcel of land described in said
Quit Claim Deed; thence South 69° Oq* 00" East, 39,19
feet to a point; thence South 33° 09' 00" East 154.78 '
feet to a point; thence North 84° 42' 06" East, 12.61
feet to a point, which point bears South 32° 39' 25"
East, 173.75 Feet from the previously mentioned North.-
