FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is
heraby acknowledged PACIFIC COAST LIIMBER COMPANY OF CAI,IFORNIA,
A CORPORATION, doea hereby remise, relesae and forever quitclaim
to C. C, SHARPS, the real property situate in the County oP
San Luis Ubispo, 3tate of CaliPornia, and described as follows:
That part oP Lot 79 of James T. Stratton's sub-
division oP the Ranchos Corral da Piedra, Pismo and Bolae
de Chemisal, in the City of Arrogo Grande, County oP 3an
Luis Obiapo, State of CaliPornie, according to map thereof
Piled ia the oPfice oP the County Recorder oP said County,
deseribed as followa:
Beginning at 3take "5299" at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 79; thence North_84'30� East along the Northerly
lina of said Lot, 170 Peet, more or leas, to the Easterly
line oP the land Formerly used as the railroad right of pay
of the Pacific Coast Railway Company, said point being the
Northwest corner oP the property conveyed to the Arroyo
Grande Valley Holding Corporation, by desd dated June B0,
1920, and recorded February 5, 1921 in Book 143 oP Deeda,
at page 297, records of said County; thence South 33

250 feet, more or less, to the center of the Arroyo C*rande
Creek; t hence Westerly down the center of said creak to

3. Covettanta, csonditions and reatrictions relative to the
use oP the bridga acroas the Arroyo Grande Creek as
contained in the Deed executed by tha PaciPie Coast
Railway Company, a corporation, to Alphonzo S, Bell,
et al., dated October 31, 1941 and recorded May 17,
1943, in Book 336 of Official Records, at page 215,
records of said County.
4. Easement and right of wa9 in, under and aeroas a atrip
oP land 15 feet wide, being the Westerly 15 feet of the
Easterly 37-1/2 feet oP the property herein described
as reserve8 by Alphonzo E. Bell, et al „ in Deed dated
August 13, 1945, and recorded August 17, 1943, in Book
345 of Official Records, at page 61, records of said
