FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, r�cE+ipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the WOMAN'S CLUB OF ARROYO GRANDE,
a California corporation, does hereby grant to the CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, a municipal corporation, a right-of-way and
easement across the hereinafter described real property for the
purposes of construction, installing, maintaining, repairing and/or
replacing a water line or lines together with access thereto:
Said right-of-way located in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, being a strip of land 10' in width,
measured at right angles thereto, lying Northerly of and
parallel to the Northerly right-of-way line of the
California State Highway Sign Rt No. 101, LegiSlative
Route 2 as said right-of-way line was established by deed
to the State of California, by the Woman's Club of Arroyo
Grande, recorded in Volume 768 of Official Records at
Page 508, records of said County.
'i'he within conveyance is made subject to the express obligation
of the City of Arroyo Grande to reimburse Grantor herein for any
damage caused to shrubs, trees, plants and other improvements lying
within said right of way or other damages which might be caused by the
Grantee in their use of the easement herein conveyed.
