EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowiedged, FRED A, GRIEB and GERTRUDE H. GRIEB, husband and
wife, do hereby grant to the City of Arroya� Grande, California
an easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate
and use for storm drainage purposes in, under and across the
hereinafter described property:
A portion of Lot 107 of Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bo1sa de Chemisal in the City o£ Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Cali-
£ornia, more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 12 feet wide for drainage easement
purposes, the centerline of which is described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 107
Stratton's corner S 255; thence northerly along
the west boundary of said 1ot north 0° 5' 00" east
379.44 feet; thence east para11e1 with and 6 feet
distance southerly from the north line of the pro-
perty conveyed to the Arroyo Grande Hospital Corpor-
ation in Book 1142, page 519 of Official Records,
564,89 feet to the east boundary of said property;
thence continuing east and 6 feet distance and
para11e1 with the north line of the property con-
veyed to E. C, and Florence Sevier in.Book 975, page
485 of deeds a length of 761,71 feet to the Easterly
line o£ said property and the true point of beginning;
thence continuing East parallel with and 6 feet
distance Southerly from the South line of the property
conveyed to Lois B. Grieb, Trustee in Book 1229 on page
8 of Official Records, 108,00 feet more or less to a
point located 12.00 feet west of the center line of the
Arroyo Grande Creek.
The City of Arroyo Grande agrees to maintain a minimum of
two feet of c4verage over the drain pipes which crossunder the
existing road area and leave a six foot strip o£ vegetation
adjacent to the Arroyo Grande Creek where said creek intersects
with the hereinabove described property.
