FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the ARROYO GRANDE HOSPITAL CORPORATION, a California
corporntion, does hereby grant to the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
Cnlifornia� an easement for, nnd the right to construct� maintain,
operate and use for storm drainage purposes in, under and across the
hereinafter described property:
A portion of Lot 107 of Ranchos Corral de Piedra�
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal in the City of Arroyo
Grnnde, County of San Luis Obispo� State o£ Cali-
£ornia, more pnrticulnrly described ns £ollows:
A strip of land 10 feet wide for drainage easement pur-
poses, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning nt the southwest carner of said Lot 107
Stratton�s corner S 255; thence northerly along
the west boundary of snid lot north 0 5� 00'� east
380.44 £eet to the true point cf beginning; thence
east pnrnllel with and 5 feet distnnce southerly
from the north line of the property conveyed to
the Arroyo Grande Hospital Corporntion in Book 1142
Page 519 of Of£icinl Records� 564.89 £eet to the east
boundary of said property.
reserving unto Grantor the right to plant trees within the above-
described easement� the right to sur£ace said easement following
construction o£ the nbove-referred-to storm drain� and the right
to install a six-fDOt-high concrete block (or similar type con-
struction) wnll adjacent to the property line along said ensement.
F�rthermore, this ensement is hereby granted in consideration of
the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE'S holding grantor harmless from� and be3ng
13able for, nll damnge to improvements on snid easement resulting
from the mnintenance of said storm drain. All drainage shall be underground.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused its corporate
