for, and the right to construct, maintain� operateand use a sanita
5 sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter described

A right o£ way 15 feet in width for the construction,
maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through and over
a portion of lot 79 of James T. Stratton's Subdivision
of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de
Chemisal, in the city of Arroyo Grande, county of San
Luis Obispo, state of Calif ornia, according to map
thereof filed in book A page 65 of Maps in the office
of the county recorder of said county, said part of
lot 79 is described as follows: Beginning at stake
"S.299" at the northwest corner of said lot 79; thence
North 84 East along the northerly line of said lot,
170 feet more or less, to the easterly line of the
land formerly used as the railtoad right of way of the
Pacific Coast Railway Company said po2nt being the
northwest corner o£ the property conveyed to the Arroyo
Grande Valley Holding Corporation, by deed dated June
30, 1920 and recorded February 5, 1921 in book 143
page 297 of Deeds; thence South 33 East along the
east line o£ said railroad right of way, 250 feet, more
or less, to the center of Arroyo Grande Creek; thence
westerly down the center of said creek to its inter-
section with the westerly line of said lot 79; thence
North 33 West along said westerly line, 4.50 chains
to the point of beginning. Said right of way is more
garticularly described as follows: the northeasterly
15 feet measured at right angles bf the_above described
property.
