governmental agency, is hereby accepted by the undersicyzed
officer or agent on behalf of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said lot,
being designated as "5.352" on said map; thence along
the westerly line of said lot, South 645.00 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence continuing along
said westerly line, South 15.00 feet; thence East
1382,50 feet; thence North 660.00 feet to the northerly
line of said lot; thence along said northerly line,
West 15.00 feet; thence South 600.00 feet; thence
West to the westerly line of land described in the
deed to San Luis Obispo County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District, recorded December 13, 1956 in bo
873 page 387, Official Records, in the office of the
county recorder of said county; thence southerly along
said westerly line to a line bearing East which passes
through the true point of beginning; thence West to the
true point of beginning.
EXCEPT therefrom that portion of said land included
within the lines of the land described in the deed to
the San Luis Obispo County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District, recorded December 24, 1959 in
book 1039 page 463, Official Records, in the office of
the county recorder of said county.

acknowledged, HELEN BOSSE, NELLIE L. SANFORD, and MARY SWEET, do
hereby grant to the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRIC7
an easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate, and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across the hereinafter
described property:
A right of way for the construction, maintenance and
use of a trunk sewer through that portion of lot 110
of the map of parts of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the county of San
Luis Obispo, state of California, as per map filed
in book A page 65 of Maps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county, described as follows:
