4 acknowledged, ESTHER L. HAROUN, a widow, does hereby grant to the
5 South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, an easement for,
6 and the right to construct, maintain, operate, and use a sanitary
7 sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter described
8 property:
A right of way 20,00 feet in width for the construction
and maintenance pf a trunk sewer in Lot "D" of the
Subdivisions of property of E. L. Warner, in the
county of San Luis Obispo, state of California, as
per map f��ea3c�an book B, page 50 of Maps, in the
office of the county recorder of said county, the
center line of which is more particularly described
as follows:

Commencing at the southeast corner ofsaid lot "D";
14 thence South 89 West along the south line of
said lot "D" 172 feet; thence North 2 East,
15 256.13 feet to the north line of the land described
in parcel 1 of the deed to D. F. Donovan and Adye B.
16 Donovan recorded August 29, 1956 in book 860, page
150 of Official Records of said county, being the
17 true point of beginning; thence continuing North
1 East 572.97 feet, more or less, to.the
18 north line of said lot "D" and the south line of
the Pike.
