governmental agency, is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer or agent on behalf of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

and the right to construct, maintain, operate and use a sanitary
sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter described

Book B page 50 of Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said county, the
center line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said
Lot "D", thence northerly and along the
west line of said lot, 260.82 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence easterly and
parallel to the south line of the said Lot
"D", 313.09 feet to a point.
