IN CONSIDERATION of grantee expressly agreeing to compensate
including said described easement c'�7Y(5
grantors for any injury resulting to their �djomaa�c property/in�d
connection with the maintenance of the hereinafter referred to sewex
line and for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged JOE C. SILVEIRA and ALICE A, SILVEIRA, his wife do
hereby grant to the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRIC�
an easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate, and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across the hereinafter
�I described property:
A right of way 15 feet in width for the construction,
maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through a portion
of a parcel of land in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, as shown on Map No. 2 of the
Town of Oceano, filed in Book A,Page 148 0£ Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said county.
Said parcel of land is described as follows:
Bounded northerly by the southerly line of Arroyo
Grande Avenue and bounded easterly by the center line
of Second Street, now known as Twenty-Fifth Street,
and bounded southerly by the northerly line of River
Street, and bounded westerly by the centerline of
Third Street, now known as Twenty-Fourth Street, as
said streets and Avenue are shown on said Map.°No. 2
of the Town of Oceano. The center line of said right
of way is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of the above
described parcel of land, thence southerly along the
west boundary of the above described parcel of land,
335 teet to the true point of beginning; thence South
89 52 50 East, 502.5 feet, more or less, to a point

7.5 feet westerly from the center line of Second Street;
thence North 0 West and parallel to the center
line of Second Street, 335 feet more or less, to the
south line of Arroyo Grande Avenue.
