FOR A V�.I,U1��LE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, KENNETH L. SCHUSSMAN, does hereby grant to the
South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, an easement
£or, and the right to construct, maintain, operate and use a sani
sewer trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter described
property:
A right of way 15 feet in width, for the construction,
maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through a portion
o£ Lot 109 of the Map.of Parts of the Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed
in Book A, Page 65 0£ Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County. Said portion o£ Lot
109 is described as follows: Bounded on the southerly
by the south line of said lot; bounded on the westerly
by the westerly line of said lot; bounded on the
northerly by a line that is parallel with and distant
northerly 224.40 feet, measured along the wester�y
line of said lot, from the southerly line of said lot;
bounded on the easterly by a line that is parallel with
and distant west 1254 feet from the easterly line of
said lot. Said right of way is more particularly des-
cribed as the south 15 feet o£ the east 367 feet of the
above described portion of said Lot 109.
