to the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, a
governmental agency, is hexeby accepted by the undersi� ed
officer or agent on behalf of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledqed, TAKI SAKAMOTO, a married woman, ROBERT YOSHITO SAKA-
MOTO, a single man, and CHIYOKO SAKAMOTO, a single woman� do hereby
grant to the South Lan Luis Obispo County Sanitation District and
easement for, and the right to construct, ma�.ntain, operate, and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the herein-
after described property.
A right of way for construction and maintenance
of a trunk sewer over the easterly 15 feet of
Lot 17 of Pismo Beach Gardens, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of Cali£ ornia, as per map
recorded in Book 3, page 45 of Maps, in the office
of the county recorder of said county.
