FOR THE SUM OF $119.00, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, MERLE FiENDERSON and FOREST M, HENDERSON, husband and
wife, do hereby grant to the South San Luis Obispo County Sanitati
District, an easement for, and the right to construct, operate and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the herein-
after described property:
A right-of-way 18 feet in width for the
construction, maintenance and use of a
trunk sewer through a portion of Lot 4
and the West 110 feet of Lot 3 of Tract No.
12, in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map
recorded June 14, 1932 in Book 5, Page
31 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County. Said right-of-
way is more particularly described as the
south 18 feet of the above-described pro-
perty.
