to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors

on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation

acknowledged, HONORIO A. BUHAYANG and NIEVIS G. BUHAYANG, husband
and wife, do hereby grant to the South San Luis Obispo County
Sanitation District, an easement for, and the right to construct,
operate and use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of
the hereinafter described property:
A right-of-way 18 feet in width for the
construction, maintenance and use of a
trunk sewer through a portion of Lot 7
in Tract No. 12, in the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to map recorded June 14, 1932
in Book 5, Page 31 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
Said right-of-way is more particularly
described as the south 18 feet of the
above described property.
