acknowledged, ANNIE E. MICKEY, a widow, does hereby grant to the
South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District, an easement for,
and the right to construct, operate and use a sanitary sewer
trunkline in, under and across of the hereinafter described proper
A right-of-way 18 feet in width for the
construction, maintenance and use of a
trunk sewer through a portion of Lot 6
of Tract No. 12 in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 5, Page 31 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder
of said county. Said right-of-way is
more particularly described as the south
18 feet of the above-described property.
