POR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is

hereby grant to the South San I.uis Obispo County Sanitation
Uistrict, an easement for, and the right to construct,
maintain, operate and use a sanitary sewer trunkline in,
under and across of the hereinafter described property:
A right of way 15 feet in width, for the
construction, maintenance and use of a trunk
sewer through a portion of Lot 109 of the "•tap
of Parts of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per
map filed in Book A, Page 65 of "9aps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said county,
said portion of lot 109 is described as follows:
13ounded on the easterly by the easterly line of
said lot; bounded on the southerly by the
southerly line of said lot; bounded on the
westerly by a line that is parallel with and
distant west 1254 feet from the easterly line of
said lot; bounded on the northerly by the north-
erly line of the land described in the deed
to Chester Arther Grieb, recorded October 18,
1957, as Instrument No, 18681, in Rook 916,
Page 438, Official Records, in the office of
tlie County Recorder of said county. Said
right of tiaay is more particularly described
as the southerly 15 feet of the above described
portion of said I,ot 109.
