E A S E M E N T
FOR THE SUM OF $42.50, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, GEORGE WILLIAM MILLAR� a widower� does hereby
grant to the South San Luis Obispo County Sanitation District
an easement for and the right to construct, operate and use a
sanitary sewer trunkline in� under and across of the hereinafter
described property:
A right of way 18 feet in width for the construc-
tion, maintenance and use of a trunk sewer through
a portion of the following described property:
All that portion o£ Lot or subdivision No. 118
of James T. Stratton's Subdivision of parts of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra� Pismo and Bolsa de
Chemisal, as per map filed in Book A, Page 65 of
Maps, in the office of the county recorder, San
Luis Obispo County, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line o£ the road
leading £rom Oceano to Arroyo Grande, £rom which
post L21 at the southwest corner of what is known as
"The corner40 acres," bears South 89 West, 40
£eet and running thence North 558 feet to a point;
thence East, 341 feet; thence South 39 West,
402.04 feet; thence Sout�� feet to the northerly
line of said road; thenc 89 45' West, 85 feet to
the point of beginning. Said right of way is more
particularly described as the South 18 feet of the
above described property.
